Doesn't work without an unfindable rom file

The skin doesn't fit the screen on Pixel 3XL. I have a rom but some of the buttons are off the bottom of the screen. App is very slow to respond. Misses taps constantly. Unfortunately too frustrating to use.

Try to get this to work could not get the rom file That was supposed to be available from the software developer. I had this software on my iPhone from a different developer and it worked great. I tried to get a refund for the software from Google Play could not get a refund???? As a new Android phone user this is a big disappointment!!!!!
Not working and should be removed from the store. I need REFUND
It works with a ROM, but the screen is bigger than the skin. It's a cosmetics thing. I also miss the optional clicking sound when pressing the keys. I still need to figure out the printer. Overall, it's a nice app.
Total rubbish. It doesn't work.
